Hi all, and welcome to Bloom Bread! If you are here, you got a taste (or want to get a taste) of the goodness that came from years of crafting a true artisan gluten free sourdough bread. After a chronic disease journey that led me to explore a gluten free diet, I was on a mission to master the craft of artisan bread- gone gluten free. After a long trial and error process, a little beauty called The Country Loaf was born. I believe this bread is the best gluten free sourdough that you will ever have. I know I am biased but i'm not kidding, it's that good. It looks, feels and tastes like bread friends! When you purchase our bread, you are  buying a loaf that is baked by me and shipped by me (hi! yep, that's me down there in those photos making bread). We are a true cottage foods company and I am excited and grateful to bring my craft from our kitchen to yours.
